Morristown American Legion Auxiliary met Monday, February 15, 2010 at 8:00 P.M. in the Legion Hall. President Iny Underdahl presided. Opening procedures were held including the Undraping of the Charter.

10 members were present. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The Treasurer’s report was given. Communications were read including The 3rd District Bulletin and a Thank You from the Hoffman family.

A motion was passed to pay half of the cost for the new mixer purchased for the kitchen.

A motion was passed to pay $200 towards the cleaning of the cleaning of duct in the stove hood.

The Legion Birthday Party will be held on Sunday, March 7 with a Pot Luck Supper (everyone should bring a dish to share). Happy Hour will be 5:30 - 6:30 P.M. and Eat at 6:30 P.M. The Auxiliary will furnish Ham and scalloped potatoes.

Next month everyone should bring their hours for the Annual Reports.

The Second Saturday in March a Steak Fry will be held. It was reported that 85 were served at Pasta Night.
